A shoe factory with ten thousands of employees reveals:

                                 This year expected to receive orders more than 28 million pairs.

After the New Year’s holiday, Workers returned to work actively which in the industrial parks and factories in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, preparing to accelerate production in 2025.

Mr.Nguyen Van Ty, The chairman of Trade Union of Vietnam Shoe Company Limited. Stated:

"At present, there are more than 20,700 employees in all three factories of the company. The morning of February 3rd, 99.19% employees had returned to work in the factory. There are many positive signs for this year's orders, which ensure the normal work of workers. It is expected that the output will exceed 28 million pairs, an increase of 7-8% compared with 2024."

In order to encourage workers to work on the first day of spring, Rollsport Shoe Company Limited provided each worker with a red packet of 50,000 Vietnamese dong and promised to ensure the welfare system of collective labor agreement of shoes production enterprise group.

Ms. Le Thi Trang, an employee in the quality control department of Rollsport Vietnam Shoe Company Limited, shared:

"The salary and bonus policy of the company is quite stable. In particular, the company has a mechanism for screening and evaluating skills to improve salary levels, which makes me feel very at ease about my work. On the first day of work, we were welcomed by the trade union and received red packet. We felt very excited and happy."

Zhongyu Shoe Company Limited Accelerates Production to Fulfill Orders

Recently, according to Taizhou Daily:

As trucks loaded with various shoes drive out of the factory area, tens of thousands of pairs of shoes are sent to designated European country every day via multiple modes of transport such as road, railway and sea freight.

"This batch of summer orders for 2025 totals 1.15 million pairs, and we are going all out to produce them recently," said Zhang Jie, the company's person in charge. "At present, the orders have been shipped successively, and another 500,000 pairs of next season orders have been received. We will keep working hard and strive to achieve a 'good start'."

Founded in 2020, Zhongyu shoe company is an foreign trade corporation, focusing on the design and production of shoes for people aged three and above, including sports shoes, fashion shoes, beach shoes, snow boots, Martin boots, waterproof shoes, etc.

  In 2024, the company developed against the trend and received more than 2 million pairs of foreign trade orders, the output value increasing by more than 50% compared with 2023.
