  Recently, Chen Xiaozhe, general manager and senior vice president of operations and sales of SKECHERS China, revealed in an exclusive interview with Winbusiness.com that from January to the end of October 2022, SKECHERS added 500 new stores in the Chinese market and will continue to increase its efforts to add 700 new stores in 2023.
  It is worth noting that SKECHER's third quarter 2022 results reported a 9% year-on-year revenue growth in Asia Pacific, essentially unchanged from previous years. At the same time, Nike, Adidas and other foreign sports brands in the Chinese market, but also to varying degrees of "setbacks", not only the performance of the decline, but also the product has been "controversial".
  "In each city, we will set some benchmark stores." Chen Xiaozhe pointed out that each city is like a new market, is a deepening of consumer awareness of the brand image of the progression. By the end of 2020, the number of SKECHERS "Super Store" in China has exceeded 200; so far, SKECHERS has nearly 3,000 stores in the Chinese market.
  In terms of global sports brand market share, Skechers is ranked third after Nike and Adidas in the US. In China, Skechers ranks sixth, behind Nike, Adidas, Anta, Li Ning and Fila.
